Have you been wondering how you can take better care of yourself this year? Join me for a small group cooking workshop to learn how you can protect your body against those daily stressors. I’ll show you how to create easy and satisfying plant-based meals that replenish, nourish and energize and share my top stress-busting secrets in the kitchen and beyond for restoring body and mind.

This cooking workshop will include

  • Enriching conversation about foods that reduce stress + boost mood and 3 tools for becoming a “savvy energy spender”
  • Handouts with recipes, top stress-relieving foods, strategies for lasting energy, + more!
  • 2 hour cooking demonstration
  • A leisurely lunch (+ surprise dessert) enjoyed together
