I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Health Education and Spanish and a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology from Emory University. I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the New York-based Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I learned from the world's top nutrition and wellness experts. There I studied over 100 dietary theories and explored strategies that draw from both ancient traditions of Eastern medicine and modern nutrition for leading a more balanced, healthy, and mindful lifestyle.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in integrative nutrition, preventative health, health education, behavior change psychology, and practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing from this knowledge, I help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
