I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Health Education and Spanish and a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology from Emory University. I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the New York-based Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I learned from the world's top health and wellness experts. There I studied over 100 dietary theories and explored strategies that draw from both ancient traditions of Eastern medicine and modern nutrition for leading a more balanced, healthy, and mindful lifestyle.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, preventative health, and practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing from this knowledge, I help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
