Food Quality, Not Quantity, is Key to Health

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I encourage my clients to make food and lifestyle choices out of a desire for health and quality rather than a concern for weight and calories. And results from a recent study support this gentler approach. Participants were asked to focus on food quality, not calories.
