The change of seasons prompts changes in our wardrobe and routine. But does it do the same for our food choices? In summer, I naturally wake earlier and go to sleep later. Whether you're a seasoned seasonal eater or looking for a few tips for adopting a more conscientious eating style, I hope this video gives you inspiration to eat well this summer!
P.S. I'll be on blog sabbatical these next few weeks while on holiday. Looking forward to returning to the blog the second week of August with new recipes to carry us through the final months of summer! Until then, I wish you a fun, relaxing, and nourishing summer.
